Beehives (in progress)
I've always been fascinated by the "blocks"—the post-war council estates. I spent months walking through London, captivated not by landmarks but by these concrete hives, which I call "Beehives." Like real beehives, they are dense, grey, and often seen as cold or frightening. Beyond the rough exterior lies a close-knit, resilient community full of life. These buildings, often misunderstood, hold stories of struggle, hope, and unity. Through my photography, I aim to preserve their essence before gentrification erases them because the best flowers are born from concrete.
